Yoga for people with autism and special needs

I understand everybody will have different needs but the end goal is always the same—to increase relaxation, improving overall quality of life.

What does this Yoga involve?

Breathing strategies, yoga poses, massage, progressive muscle relaxation, and sound vibrations to assist in activating the parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for rest, relaxation and digestion. Yoga can help to release tension in the body, increasing relaxation and improving overall quality of life.

Where can this Yoga take place?

Anywhere you like!
Private sessions can be in the comfort of your own home, in a quiet space. It is possible to be lying down, sitting or held during a session.
I will communicate throughout the entire session, ensuring there will be no surprises.
