Kate strives to teach from the heart to create a nurturing environment where you can explore and expand with your own body. She has a special interest in teaching relaxation techniques to people with special needs and reflects a passion for yoga “as an ancient healing practice”. It is her goal to create an environment that is diverse, free from judgement and competition, and full of love, kindness and acceptance.

Kate has a very calming presence, her class was beautifully balanced and she used great philosophy. It is evident that Kate lives the yoga.

I practice yoga for a number of reasons- relaxation, to improve my flexibility, increase strength and most importantly to have some time out for myself being a busy mum and I walk away from every class Kate teaches feeling like I have accomplished that.
Kate's knowledge and love for overall wellness is something that really sets her apart. She really cares. The flow of her classes, the different poses and breathing techniques make for such a great class and something that you can take away and use in everyday life.
The best part is towards the end of the class when we do relaxation- wow!!! It is something you need to experience...
